The Center Tours — Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
All payments made through this portal are final unless otherwise noted. A 3.5% credit card processing fee applies to all transactions. By submitting payment, you confirm the amount entered is correct for the service selected.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the service date are eligible for a full refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations within 15–29 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the service date, except in cases of documented emergencies.
3. Changes & Modifications
Date or service changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. Modifications may incur an administrative fee. Contact us at bookings@thecentertours.com for all change requests.
4. Travel Insurance
The Center Tours strongly recommends that all clients obtain appropriate travel insurance. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or damages incurred during tours or travel arrangements.
5. Liability
The Center Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third-party providers, weather, or events beyond our control.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes and will never be sold to third parties. We comply with applicable data protection laws.
7. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through Square. The Center Tours does not store your credit card information. Square's privacy policy and terms of service apply to all transactions.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Center Tours is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
